The Driver Cannot Be Installed
(Windows 7)
If you have canceled installation or if the installation wizard does not appear when the USB cable is connected,
follow the procedure shown below.
Procedure
Connect the machine to the computer with the USB cable and turn on
the machine.
If a message saying "Found new hardware" appears, click Close.
Disconnect the USB cable from every printer except the machine.
Click the Start menu, and then right-click Computer. Click Properties.
Click Device Manager. If a User Account Control window appears, click
Allow.
Device Manager appears.
From the View menu, click Show hidden devices.
