or service. When calling for service, you will need to provide a complete description of the problem, your
appliance’s complete model and serial numbers and the purchase or installation date (see page 2). This
information is needed to properly respond to your request.
Before calling for service . . .
If your range should fail to operate, review the following list before calling for service. You could save the
cost of a service call.
Nothing will operate.
The power cord is plugged into
a live circuit with proper voltage.
A household fuse has blown or
a circuit breaker has tripped.
The oven will not operate.
The electronic controls have
been set correctly.
A delayed start time has been

You are pushing in before turning.
Push control knobs in before
turning to a setting.
The self-cleaning cycle will not
operate.
If you pressed the start button.
The oven door is not closed all
the way.
Plug the power cord into a live
circuit with proper voltage.
Replace household fuse or reset
circuit breaker.
Refer to instructions for setting
the electronic controls starting on
page 6.
