Intheeventofacollisionorsuddenimpact,thefuelcut-off

inertiaswitchautomaticallyisolatesthefuelsupplytothe

engine,unlocksthedoorsandturnstheinteriorlightson.

Inertiaswitchliesintherightsideofbonnetandunderthe

windshield,whichwillbetouchedwhenopeningbonnet.

Theswitchmustberesetbeforetheenginecanbestarted.

Resettheswitchbypressingthetopoftheswitch(arrowed

inillustration).
