Reminding
Forsafety,whenparkingthevehicleata
neutralposition,pullupthehandbrakelever
topreventunexpectedlymovementofthe
vehicle.
Pleaseusehandbrakeorfootbrakewhen
pausingthevehicleontheslopeorthetrafc
isblocked.DONOTfrequentlyusethe
accelerationpedaltopreventthevehicle
fromsliding,asindoingsoitmayaggravate
thewearoftheclutch.
Theclutchmaybeburnout,iftheclutchis
overheatandcontinuetokeeptheclutchat
aslipstatusafterthebuzzermadealarming
sounds.
Thetransmissionhasthefollowingsafetycharacteristics:
Whenthevehicleisstationary,theengineidlesandthe
transmissionisatagearposition(suchas1stgear,2ndgear
orreversegear),underthefollowingcases,thebuzzerwill
warnandthegearpositionwillashonthemessagecentre.
•Ifthedriversidedoorisopen,whenthevehiclespeed
iscloseto0km/handcounttimefor2.5minutes,the
transmissionwillautomaticallyshifttoneutral.
•Ifnoneofthedriver'soperationsexceeds3minutes,
thetransmissionwillautomaticallyshifttoneutral.
•Ifthedriverdepressesthebrakepedalbutthereisno
otheroperation(i.e.,waiting)exceeding10minutes,the
transmissionwillautomaticallyshifttoneutral.
Whentheengineisoffwiththetransmissioninneutraland
thehandbrakeleverisnotpulledup,thebuzzerwillwarn
withthe'brakesystemmalfunction'warninglightonthe
instrumentpackashingifthedriversidedooropensto
remindthedriverofthepotentialdangeroftheparkingin
neutral(i.e.,parkingonaslopeinneutralposition).
Whentheclutchisoverheat,thesystemwillwarnthrough
thebuzzer ,youmustimmediatelystoptheoperationsthat
maymaketheclutchatslipstatussuchaspickupand
gear-shifting,stopthevehicletocooltheclutchorcontinue
runningatagearpositionataconstantspeedwhilecooling
theclutch.
Note:Thecreepingfunctionwillabort,iftheclutchis
overheat.
