genuineremotekeyisinsertedintotheignitionswitch.

Iftheremotekeyisnotrecognisedbytheengine

immobilisationsystemwhenitisinsertedintotheignition

switch,theenginewillbedisabledandthewarninglight

willbeilluminated.

LockingandUnlocking

Theremotekeyonlyoperatesincertainrange.

Theoperatingrangemayvarydependinguponremotekey

batteryconditionandmaysometimesbelimitedbyphysical

andgeographicalfactors.Besuretocheckwhetherthe

operationissuccessfulwhileusingittolock.
