T oincreaseluggagespace,fullylowerallheadrestraints,
presseitherofthereleasecatchesandfoldtheseat
backrestforward.
RearSeatBackrests‘LatchSecure’Indicators
Ensurethattherearseatbackrestsare
securelylatchedintheuprightpositionwhen
theseatisinuseandwhenloadsarecarried
intheloadspace.
Whenreturningtheseattotheuprightposition,ensure
thatthecatchesareengagedandthattheredstripisnot
visible-thisconrmsthatthebackrestissecure.
Note:Whenreturningtheseattotheuprightposition,
ensurethattheseatbeltsarenottrapped.
CarryingHeavyLoads
Luggagecarriedintheloadspacewillshiftpositioninthe
eventofanaccidentorsuddenstop.Alwaysensureheavy
itemsareplacedaslowandasfarforwardaspossible.
