ofchildren.Ifaccidentalconsumptionof
uidissuspected,seekmedicalattention
immediately.Ifpowersteeringuidshould
comeintocontactwiththeskinoreyes,rinse
immediatelywithplentyofwater.
Checktheuidleveleveryweek.Thisshouldbedone
beforetheengineisstartedwhenthesystemiscoldand
withthefrontwheelspointingstraightahead.
Wipethellercapcleantopreventdirtfromentering
thereservoir.Removethellercapand,usingaclean
lint-freecloth,wipethedipstickclean.Retthecapfully
andremoveagaintochecktheuidlevel.Ifnecessary,
topupwithauidmeetingspecicationuntilthelevelis
betweentheupperandlowermarksonthedipstick(see
illustration).
Note:Powersteeringuidwilldamagepainted
surfaces.Soakupanyspillagewithanabsorbentcloth
immediatelyandwashtheareawithamixtureofcar
shampooandwater.
