4-3 Disassembling the Auto Cutter Block
Caution :
· Be careful to prevent the MOVABLE BLADE(D-6) from damage. If it is damaged, technical problems occur
on the ASS'Y CUTTER(D). (Page9-12)
4-3-1 Ass’y Cutter
1. Remove the two screws (D-1) and the GROUND(a-2,ⓨ). Separate the HOLDER CUTTER (D-19) from the ASS'Y
CUTTER (D). (Page9-12
2. Remove the KNOB CUTTER (D-4) and the four screws(D-2) from the BOTTOM CUTTER(D-12). (Page9-12)
3. Make the ASS'Y BOTTOM CUTTER (D-12) horizontally and lift up the ASS'Y COVER CUTTER(D-5)
vertically to avoid the material damage. (Page9-12)
4. First, Let's separate the ASS'Y COVER CUTTER (D-5). (Page9-12)
4-1. Turn the COVER CUTTER (D-5) back and remove the screw (D-9).
4-2. Lift up the SPRING CUTTER (D-8), the BUSHING CUTTER (D-7) and the MOVABLE BLADE(D-6)
vertically in order.
5. Let's separate the ASS'Y BOTTOM CUTTER (D-12). (Page9-12)
5-1. Be careful to prevent the teeth of the gears from damage. If the teeth of the gears is damaged, the ASS'Y
CUTTER (D) don't work.
5-2. Lift up the GEAR CAM (D-13), the GEAR REDUCTION(D-17) and the GEAR KNOB(D-10)
vertically in order.
5-3. Remove the screw (D-14) and separate the SWITCH MICRO(D-15) from the BOTTOM CUTTER(D-12).
5-4. Remove the two screws (D-11). Move the MOTOR ASS'Y(D-18) right slow and Put it down vertically
not to touch the PINION GEAR of the MOTOR ASS'Y(D-18) to the BOTTOM CUTTER(D-12).
