Samsung L700 - Protecting Images; Image Protection Procedure

• Changethe resolution (size)of picturestaken. Selectthe [User Image] tosave
an imagetobe the start-upimage.The resized image wilthave a newfile name.

• Alarge sized imagecan be resizedto a smallersized image,but notvice versa.
• OnlyJPEG images can be resized.Movie clip(AVt), Voicerecording (WAV) flies
can't be resized.
• You can change the resolutionof onlythose files compressed in the JPEG 4:2:2
format.
• The resizedimage will havea newfile name. The [User Image]image is stored
noton the memory card but on the internal memory.
• Onlytwo [User Image]images can be saved.
• Ifthe memory capacity is insufficienttostore the resizedimage,the resized
imagewill not be stored.
• This is usedto protectspecificshots from being acddentaily erased (Lock).
It alsounprotectsimages that havebeen previouslyprotected(Unlock).
