Outdoor Unit Fan Motor Reverse Rotation Error

Judgment Method
Check whether there is reverse rotation (CCW) before ordering of starting the outdoor unit Fan.
2.
Check Method
1) This signal is for motor protection in order not to start under reverse rotation condition by checking the moving status
when the power of the outdoor unit fan motor is not turned on.
2) Check there is outside wind which can rotate the fan by force in the place where the outdoor unit is installed.
