9.7 Performing a QAPP Center Update
The QAPP center update can be installed from a USB mass storage device
using the device’s USB-A connection. An update can also be carried out
from a server via other connectors of the device.
Requirements
− The device is switched on.
− The QAPP Center update is saved on a USB mass storage device
oronaserver via a connector.
− The USB mass storage device is formatted with file system “FAT32”.
Procedure
t Download the QAPP center update from the Sartorius website onto
theUSB mass storage device.
t If this relates to a zip file: Unzip the QAPP center update on the stick.
Thefiles must be saved at root level. The files must not be set aside
inafolder.
t Insert the USB mass storage device with the QAPP center update into
one of the device’s USB-A connections.
t Select the “Install QAPP Center” menu entry in the “Settings” / “Device
Maintenance” menu.
t Select “USB stick” as the connector.
t Tap on the desired update.
t Once the software update is complete: Confirm successful installation
with the [OK] button.
