Even if main power is restored, the ScanMasterII completes its shutdown sequence.
This is a safety feature. This allows the Operator to check for and remove any
product accumulation. In addition, the Operator must press the POWER button to
remove power from the ScanMasterII before pressing it a second time to restart the
system.
FLASH DISK ORIENTATION
Ensure that the flash disk is properly installed in the system. The orientation
must be as shown in Figure 3-1.

3.2.4 ADJUSTING THE BACKGROUND(S)
The background(s) can be adjusted as described in Section 2.6.
3.2.5 ADJUSTING THE GAIN OF THE AMPLIFIERS
It is important that similar defects on all sorting channels produce similar electronic
signals. This will ensure that if a certain size and color defect is rejected by one
channel, similar size and color defects will be rejected by all the channels.
