COMPLAINT/CONDITION PROBABLE CAUSE
FEEDER button is ON.
Feeder circuit breaker has tripped
(located on power unit). Press RESET
button.
Input hoppers are full.
All LED indicators are normal.
D. No feeder will operate.
FEEDER button is ON.
Air pressure is too low to properly
operate air ejectors.
Input hoppers are full.
All EJECTOR LED’s on front door
are illuminated “red”.
LED DS11 on all Ejector Driver
PCB’s is illuminated “red”.
No FEEDER LED’s on Monitor
Control PCB are illuminated.
No EJECTOR LED’s on Monitor
Control PCB are illuminated.
The Low PRESSURE LED on the
Monitor Control PCB is
illuminated “red”.
E. No feeder will operate.
FEEDER button is ON.
Wiper will not operate either
automatically or manually.
Input hoppers are full.
No FEEDER LED’s on Monitor
Control PCB are illuminated.
The front half of the viewer is pivoted
open, or is not completely closed and
latched.
The DOOR OPEN LED on the
Monitor Control PCB is
illuminated “red”.
F. No feeder will operate. Fluorescent lamp or ballast not
operating properly.
FEEDER button is ON.
