COMPLAINT/CONDITION PROBABLE CAUSE
“Fault” indicator on power switch
blinks “red”.
Fluorescent lamp or ballast not
operating properly.
Input hoppers are full.
No FEEDER LED’s on Monitor
Control PCB are illuminated.
All EJECTOR LED’s on front panel
are illuminated “red”.
FRONT LAMPS LED, REAR LAMPS
LED, or both, on the Monitor
Control PCB are illuminated
“red”.
G. No feeder will operate.
FEEDER button is ON.
Remote - local button on SETUP2
SCREEN is incorrectly placed in remote
position.
Input hoppers are full.
No FEEDER LED’s on Monitor
Control PCB are illuminated.
REMOTE RUN LED on Monitor
Control PCB is illuminated “red”.
H. One feeder will not operate
(other feeders operate normal).
FEEDER button is ON.
Ejector fault (open coil, blown fuse, or
thermal protector on the Ejector Driver
PCB is open) for channel indicated by
“red” EJECTOR LED, on front panel.
“Fault” indicator on power switch
blinks “red”.
Input hoppers are full.
FEEDER LED, on Monitor Control
PCB, related to non-operating
feeder is not illuminated.
EJECTOR LED, on Monitor Control
PCB, for channels related to non-
operating feeder, is illuminated
“red”.
Certain EJECTOR LED or LED’s, on
front panel, related to non-
operating feeder are illuminated
“red”.
