Command Structure Begin Download <ESC>BJ( aa...abb..b
Download <ESC>BJDcccccddddee...e

aa..a = 40 byte font description
bb..b = 10 byte date information
ccccc= Memory offset (hexadecimal)
dddd = Number of data bytes to be stored (0001-2000)
ee...e= Font data to be downloaded
Example: <ESC>BJ({50 byte header}
<ESC>BJD{5 byte hex memory offset}{data}
<ESC>BJ)
Placement: Immediately following the <ESC>CC Slot Select
command.
Default: None
Command Function This command allows TrueType fonts to be stored in a Memory Card.
Printer Input The download data stream is very complex and it is recommended
that the TrueType Download utility program be used instead of
manually creating the required command and data stream.
Printer Output There is no printer output as a result of this command. See
<ESC>BJR TrueType Font Recall command.
Special Notes 1. This command requires the Memory Card option. See your SATO
representative for details.
2. The SATO TrueType Download utility program can be used to
automate the download process from a computer running
Windows 3.1 or above. A copy of this utility program is included
as a part of the Memory Card Option.
