DP system
Activation
The following required conditions are to be met:
D The DP system must be ready for activation and
the switch contact ”DP ON” must be closed.
For further details regarding the DP system, see
manufacturer’s documentation.
D Co--pilot (40/1) or control lever (40/2) must be
active.
Signal lamp ”Presetting thrust direction” (41/3) and
signal lamp RPM (41/2) shine.
After switching the DP system on, signal lamp DP
JOYSTICK IN SERVICE (41/1) signal lamp ”Presetting
thrust direction” and signal lamp RPM go out.

Switch--off
For switch--off it is required to open the switch--contact
”DP ON”.
For further details regarding the DP system, see
manufacturer’s documentation.
Subsequent to setting the Co--pilot or the control lever
to the actual position and speed of the system, the
signal lamp DP JOYSTICK IN SERVICE (41/1) and the
signal lamps ”Presetting thrust direction” (41/3) and
signal lamp RPM (41/2) shine.

Switch--on and switch--off of the joystick system is

DP system.
