1.3 Schmierung
Der SRP wird durch ein kombiniertes Tauch--/
Spritzölsystem geschmiert.
Bei Stillstand des SRP steht das Öl bis Mitte de s
Schauglases (22) im Schmierölausgleichsbehäl-
ter (4).
Bei Betrieb des SRP, wird das Oberwassergetrie-
be (1) bis Oberkante Schmieröltank (9) durch die
Ölpumpe (21) leergepumpt.
Im unteren Teil des SRP wird das Schmieröl
durch die Öl--Umwälzschnecke (10) umgewälzt.
Das Unterwasserg etriebe (18) und das Steue-
rungs--Stirnradgetriebe (8) haben eine Tauch-
schmierung.
Das Oberwassergetriebe hat eine Spritzschmie-
rung.
Das Schmieröl wird im oberen Teil des SRP
durch einen Doppelfilter (Bild 4) gefiltert und im
unteren Teil durch das den SRP umgebende Was-
ser gekühlt.
Die Steuerungs--Planetengetriebe (23) sind ge-
genüber dem SRP abgedichtet und haben einese-
parate Ölfüllung.
1.4 Zubehör und Zusatzeinrichtungen
Lubrication
The SRP is lubricated by means of a combined
splash/spray oil system.
In case of a standstill of the SRP the oil comes up
to the middle of the sight glass (22) in the lubricat-
ing oil header tank (4).
During SRP operations the upper gear--box (1) is
drained to the top edge of the lubricating oil tank
(9) by the oil pump (21).
In the lo w er section of the SRP the lubricating oil
is circulated by the oil circulating worm g ear (10).
The lower gear --box (18) and the steering spur
gear (8) are splash --lubricated.
The upper gear --box is spray--lubricated.
The lubricating oil is filtered by means of a duplex
filter (figure 4) in the upper section o f the SRP and
cooled in the lower section by the water surround-
ing the SRP.
The steering planetary gear units (23) are sealed
from the SRP and are provided with a separate oil
filling.
