3.1 Ölwechsel SRP
3.1.1 Allgemeines
— SRP muß betriebswarm sein.
— Esmuß eine ausreichendeBehälterkapazitätfür
das Altöl zur Verfügung stehen.
— Nach Wassereinbruch in den SRP muß der Öl-
wechsel nach Abschnitt 3.1.3 durchgeführt
werden.
— Umweltschutzgesetze beachten.
3.1.2 SRP im Wasser
Bei Anlagen mit Peilstab beachten Sie b itte die
Seite 25.
1. Deckel (27) des Schmierölausgleichsbehälter
(4) abnehmen.
2. Lüftungsrohr (36) herausschrauben und Füh-
rungsrohr (35) einführen.
3. Ölabsaugschlauch durch das Führungsrohr bis
in das Unterwassergetriebe (18) einschieben.
HINWEIS
Da s Schla uchende muß c a . 45°
schräg ange-
schnitten sein. Der Schlauch muß ca. 3 m in den
SRP eingeführt werden, andernfalls kann das
Öl nicht vollständig abgepumpt werden
(Schlauchlänge für PAL 2800 mm).
4. Altöl in geeignete Behälter abpumpen,
Ölablaßschlauch und Führungsrohr entfernen.
5. Lüftungsrohr (36) einschrauben.
6. Deckel (27) des Schmierölausgleichsbehälters
anbauen.

7. Kugelhahn (28) öffnen.
8. Öl abpumpen.
9. Ölabsaugschlauch entfernen und Kugelhahn
schließen.
10. Öl einfüllen (siehe Abschnitt 3.2) .
SRP oil change
General
— The SRP must have operating temperature.
— A sufficient container capacity must be avail-
able for the used oil.
— A water inrush into the SRP requires an oil
change in accordance with section 3.1.3.
— Pay attention to en vironmental protection
laws.
SRP in water
If unit is equipped with dipstick, see page 25.
1. Removethe cover (27) from the lubricatingoil
header tank (4).
2. Unscrew the breather pipe (36) and insert the
guide tube (35).
3. Push the oil suction hose through the guide
tube into the lower gear --box (18).
NOTE
The end of the hose must be cut at an angle of
approx. 45° . Approx. 3 m of the hose must be
put in the SRP, otherwise it is impossible to
pump out the oil completely (hose length for
PAL 2800 mm).
4. Pump the used oil into suitable containers, re-
move the oil suction hose and guide tube.
5. Screw in the breather pipe (36).
6. Attach the cover (27) of the lubricating o il
header tank.
Pay attention to the correct seating of the
sealing ring.
7. Open ball valve (28).
8. Pump out oil.
9. Remove the oil suction hose and close the ball
valve.
10 Fill in oil (see section 3.2).
