5.4.3 Mount and check external piston stroke control
CAUTION
The sensor adjustment can be lost!
Do not move or remove sensors from the sensor assembly. The
sensors are preset at the factory.
NOTE
For the sizes SWS011, SWS020, SWS021, SWS041, SWS060 and
SWS071, an external piston stroke control can be attached to the
SWK.

5.4.3.1 SWS 011 / 020 / 021
Prepare sensor installation
Ø Place the SWA in the storage rack, secure and uncouple it.
Ø Switch off the power supply and ensure that there is no residual
energy in the system.
Ø Remove the compressed air hose.
Ø Disassemble the SWK from the robot and safely set the SWK
aside, Removing the product from the robot arm [

Remove cover plate
Ø Carefully remove the cover plate(1) from the SWK(3). Make
sure that the O-ring(2) remains in the SWK(3).
