5. Connect the power control cable to a 24-
28 volt DC power source, open the valve
about a 1/3 of the way and cut the power.
The cable anchor should be close to the
position shown in this picture. Now,
feed the cable through the cable anchor,
pull it snug but do not tighten.
6. Install a 3/8" spacer plate between the
sheave bar and lift bar. Place a heavy
weight on the lift bar to hold it down.
7. Turn on the power. The valve will close.
Pull the cable tight and secure with cable
anchor screws.
