Command 06, write one holding register.
CODE 16
This function code is used to write a single floating point register to a remote device.
The requested written values are specified in the request data field. Data is packed as four bytes
per register. The normal response returns the function code, starting address and quantity of
registers written. The analyzer ignores the numbers in the register and byte count and expects
four data bytes.
