1.3.12 Removing and Installing the Motherboard
S Open the housing as described in Section 1.3.1 (Box PC 820) or Section 1.3.4
(PC FI45 V2).
S Remove the power supply as described in Section 1.3.6.
S Remove the bus board as described in Section 1.3.7.
S Remove the fan as described in Section 1.3.8.
S Remove the support for the floppy disk drive and the CD-ROM drive as
described in Section 1.3.9 (Box PC 820) or Section 1.3.10 (PC FI45 V2).
S Remove the hard disk support as described in Section 1.3.11.
S The motherboard is fastened to the housing with seven screws and to the side
of the system unit with 10 hexagonal socket screws.
S Undo these socket screws and remove the motherboard.
To install the motherboard, proceed in reverse order. Tighten the 10 hexagonal
socket screws first.
