HTML
Hypertext Markup Language is the markup language used for documents on the
World Wide Web. HTML is an application of SGML (Standard Generalized Markup
Language) that uses tags to mark elements, such as text and graphics, in a
document to indicate how Web browsers should display these elements to the user
and should respond to user actions such as activation of a link by means of a key
press or mouse click.
HTTP
Hypertext Transfer Protocol is the protocol used to carry requests from a browser
to a Web server and to transport pages from Web servers back to the requesting
browser.
Hub
In a network, a device joining communication lines at a central location, providing a
common connection to all devices on the network. The term is an analogy to the
hub of a wheel.
Hyperlink
A connection between an element in a hypertext document, such as a word,
phrase, symbol, or image, and a different element in the document, another
document, a file, or a script. The user activates the link by clicking on the linked
element, which is usually underlined or in a color different from the rest of the
document to indicate that the element is linked.

IDE
Integrated Device Electronics is a type of disk-drive interface in which the controller
electronics reside on the drive itself, eliminating the need for a separate adapter
card.
Image
This is refers to the image of harddisks partitions saved in a file in order to restore
them when necessary.
Infrarot
Acronym: IR. Having a frequency in the electromagnetic spectrum in the range just
below that of red light. Objects radiate infrared in proportion to their temperature.
