17.4 Selecting a rotor resistor
Please note
- 4 contactor stages are to be configured. This circuit is recommended.
- Do not use any special resistor packet assemblies!
- Resistor banks of the same size should always be used (5
th
digit of order number). Reasons:
Simpler spare parts holding and easier to install when the resistor banks are installed above one
another.
- A 3PR3, HE 1 cast-iron resistor bank (see page 3/40 ff.) is used.
