Ground fault
Fault whereby an external conductor comes into contact with ground or the grounded neutral
point.

This le is required to be able to congure a device as a DP standard slave in the HW Cong of a
Siemens or external system.

This le is required to be able to congure a device as a DN device in the HW Cong of a Siemens
or external system.
HSP
Hardware support package
The hardware support packages allow you to congure modules that are not listed in the
hardware catalog of your TIA Portal installation.

Process image input/process image output
Process image
Image of the signal states of the digital inputs and outputs in the memory of a controller.
The process images can be transferred as follows:
