Working with the library in WinCC V7.3
6.3.1
Overview
System requirements
To use the screen windows in WinCC V7.3, the following requirements must be met.
● The GSD file of SITOP PSU8600 is installed in SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.5 and the PSU is
configured as PROFINET node in the HW configuration of the CPU.
● S7 communication between SITOP PSU8600 and CPU is configured.
●
All the program blocks from the
PSU8600 V2-3 STEP 7 V5.5
library are integrated in the
SIMATIC STEP 7 user program and are executable. (See chapter
Working with the
library in SIMATIC STEP 7 (Page 61).)
●
The
PSU8600 V2-3 library WinCC V7.3
library for WinCC V7.3 is available.
● Existing WinCC OS (PC station) with already configured and active communication
connection.
Software requirements
For software requirements of WinCC SCADA, install following package along with WinCC.

Go to
Setup > InstData > AdvancedPC -> Setup
● Run the
Setup.exe
file.
