Basic type U / flow temperature control for chilled water:

With an upward adjustment of the setpoint, the water can take a very long time to
warm up if the valves are closed and the pipe is well insulated.
The upper message delay time (DV DLYH) is set to 6 h in this case to avoid
unnecessary fault status messages.
Necessary delay time
If the setpoint deviation is still present after 6 hours, you can assume that the
valves do not close properly.
