SSD – AIS Ship Static Data
This sentence is used to enter static parameters into a shipboard AIS
unit. The parameters in this sentence support a number of the ITU-R
M.1371 Messages.

THS – True Heading and Status
Actual vessel heading in degrees true produced by any device or
