Checking Starting point of each pulse
motor
1. When self-diagnositic program is running;
• By pressing the button (a), Z pulse motor (Z) will move
to starting point.
• By pressing the button (b), F pulse motor (F) will move
to starting point.
• By pressing the button (c), thread tension pulse motor
(Y) will move to starting point.
• By pressing the button (d), thread tension pulse motor
(Y) will be power on. The message “ON” will appear
on the YPM-OriginalPhase.
By pressing this button (d) or button (c), the power of
thread tension pulse motor will turn off.
• By pressing the button (e), thread cutter pulse motor
(T) will move to starting point.
Checking the lightning of the monitor
lamp.
1. When self-diagnositic program is running;
• By pressing the button (f), the lightning of the monitor
lamp (Start/Stop button) will change as follows.
Once: Red lamp will turn ON
Twice: Green lamp will turn ON
3-times: Monitor lamp will turn OFF
