4.1 System Installation
4.1.1 Load and Unload, Charge, and Usage of the Battery
The battery for this system is a special rechargeable polymer lithium-ion battery. Its
detailed specifications are as follows:
a） Dimension: 200mm×105mm×30mm;
b） Charge Voltage: DC 16.8V, rated voltage: DC 14.4V, discharge voltage range:
DC 11.8V~16.8V;
c） Capacity：5000mAh;
d） Normal working hours:≥ 2 hours（depending on the actual working situation）.
4.1.1.1 Load and unload the battery
a) Unload: Press the battery compartment as indicated by the arrow in Fig. 4-1-1
and take out the battery as shown in Fig. 4-1-2;
b) Load: As shown in Fig. 4-1-3, press one side of the battery down in the
compartment as indicated by arrow 1, and press the other one side down as
indicated by arrow 2. When “click” is heard, the battery is fixed properly.

4.1.1.2 Charge the battery
The battery adopted for the system is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, whose normal
voltage is DC 14.4V. To charge the battery, a special charger shall be adopted. The
