6.3.3 Moving M Mode Image Sampling Line
In unfrozen state, you can press
M to enter B/M mode. The M mode image sampling line
will be displayed automatically on the B mode image, and it can be moved left or right by
operating the touchpad towards left or right. M LINE will be displayed on the bottom right
of the screen.
After the touchpad’s operating object is shifted to the control window by pressing
T-Ball,
operating the touchpad will not act on the sampling line; the user should press T-Ball
again to shift it back.
6.3.4 Freezing and Unfreezing Image
To freeze the real-time image, press
Freeze.
In addition, if the system’s auto-freeze time is preset at a certain time (see Section 5.2.2.8),
and the user has not operated the system during the set time, the system will enter the
frozen state automatically, and the image will be frozen.
To release the frozen state, press
Freeze again.
6.4 Adjusting Image
6.4.1 Adjusting Gain, and TGC (Time Gain Control)
In unfrozen state, to adjust B Gain and M Gain, press
B Gain control part and M Gain
control key and ; press to decrease the overall gain, press to increase the
overall gain, and the increment is 2dB.
Six sets of TGC (Time Gain Control, also called STC) and on the operation panel
to change separately the gain of different depths of image. Gain will decrease if
press and increase if press .
6.4.2 Setting Focal Point Number, Position and Focal Point Span
In B mode unfrozen state, press
T-Ball to toggle the touchpad-operated object to the
control window. Select PTN to enter the focal point number setting state. Press
