1) Three formats supported by the system for displaying date are available,
including YYYY/MM/DD, MM.DD.YYYY and DD-MM-YYYY. Set up Date format:
Press
Enter after selecting Date Format, then the Date format can be set by
pressing Enter repeatedly to toggle among the three optional formats.
2) There are two formats supported by the system for displaying time, including 24
hours display format, and 12 hours plus AM/PM display method. To set up time
format: Press
Enter after selecting Time Format, then the Time format can be
set up by pressing
Enter repeatedly to toggle between two optional formats.
b) Date Time Setup
1) Date Setup: Press
Enter after selecting Date to change the system’s current
date. The cursor will locate at the first date element (which may be year or date
depending on the date format), and the cursor can be toggled among three date
elements by using
Enter. The user can input the current system date into these
elements. The system date setup will be displayed automatically after
completing the last element.
The inputted month value shall not exceed 12, and
the date value shall not exceed 31. If there are only 30 days in that month, the
system will automatically display the value at “30” if “31” is inputted.
2) Time Setup: The system current time can be changed by pressing Enter after
selecting Time; the cursor will rest on the first element (e.g. hour) of time, and it
can be toggled among the three elements of time and AM/PM by pressing
Enter
. The user can enter the current system time into these elements. By
press
A key or P key can switch between AM/PM. The system setup time will
be displayed automatically after completing the last element.
5.2.2.2 Facility (hospital) Name
Facility (hospital) name is displayed on the first line on the left side of the screen. Press
Enter after selecting Facility Name, and the character cursor will appear behind the last
character of the Facility (hospital) name displayed position (if there is no hospital name, the
cursor stay on the first character input area). The operator can input characters directly (up
to 22 characters can be inputted), and press
Enter to save the hospital name, or press
Esc to exit without saving. In the process of operation, press Clear Text key to clear the
