b) In Basic OB, Complete OB and Mult Gest exam types in obstetrics application,
press
Calc key to select BPD, HC, AC, FL and EFW for measurement.
c) After completing measurement, press
Calc, select Growth Charts and press
Enter. Growth chart menu will appear in the screen center. See Table 8-13.

d) Select any menu item, e.g. BPD_Hansmann growth curve, and press Enter to
enter growth chart screen. There are two gestation ages and estimated dates of
delivery for user reference: one is calculated from LMP, the other from BPD. In the
growth chart there are three curves: the middle one is fetal age curve, the other
two curves are fetal age errors. The real measurement result of BPD is marked
with * in the growth chart. If the * is within the range of the curves, the fetal is
normal; if the * is above the curve, the fetus is larger than normal; if the * is below
the curve, the fetus is smaller than normal.
