4.9 Progressive system ventilation
Fill pump with lubricant.
Remove main lines on unit.
Allow pump to run until lubricant without
bubbles is discharged at the straight con-
nector on the pump element.
Mount main lines.
Allow pump to run until grease can be seen
discharging at all lubrication points.
4.10 Note on the rating plate
Rating plates on KFG and KFGS pump units
provide important key data such as designa-
tion and material description (or customer
number).
To avoid loss of this data in case the rating
plate becomes illegible, these characteristics
should be entered in the following table.
