panel up and rearward.

Lower Side Panel Installation
1. Align panel front tabs in the bottom
pan slots.

2. Insert panel lower tabs in the bot-
tom pan slots.
3. Push panel towards front.
4. Insert the panel dowel into the tun-
nel hole.

5. Lock the clip by turning it 1/4 turn
clockwise.

Drive Belt Guard Removal
WARNING
NEVER operate engine:
– Without shields and drive belt
guard securely installed.
– With hood and/or side panels
opened or removed.
NEVER attempt to make adjust-
ments to moving parts while en-
gine is running.
Remove the tether cord cap from en-
gine cut-off switch.
Remove LH side panels, see proce-
dure in this subsection.
Remove retaining pin.
