■  Sweep Speed
Sweep speed is used to set the sweep speed of the M trace. A faster speed is more suitable
to view the motion.
To adjust the sweep speed:
1. Press the function key to select Sweep Speed.
2. Rotate the function key to adjust the value.
■  Chroma
Chroma is used to colorize the gray scale image to enhance the discrimination capability.
To adjust the chroma:
1. Press the function key to select Chroma.
2. Rotate the function key to choose a color scheme.
■  Display Format
Display format is used to view the image better.
To adjust the display format:
1. Press the function key to select Display Form.
2. Rotate the function key to adjust the settings.
■  Persistence
Persistence is used to average consecutive frames to provide a smoother appearance with
less noise. Use lower persistence values for fast-moving organs or tissues and higher
persistence values for a smoother appearance.
To adjust the persistence:
1. Press the function key to select Persist.
2. Rotate the function key to adjust the settings.
■  Focus Area
By adjusting the focal area of ultrasound beam, increase the resolution of the special area
to focus and optimize the image.
To adjust Focus area:
1. Press the function key to select Focus Area.
2. Rotate the function key to adjust the settings.
You can also press the Focus switch to adjust the focus position.
