To change the administrator password or let
users change passwords

2 UnderUser List,clickAdministrator.
3 Doanyofthefollowing:
• Changetheadministratorpassword:
UnderUser Information,typethenew
passwordinthePasswordboxand
Confirmbox.(See“Choosingasecure
password”onpage 13.)
•Letuserschangetheirpasswords:Select
thePassword changescheckbox.
4 ClickSave.

2 ClickNew.
3 UnderUser Information,fillintheName,
Password,andConfirmboxes.(See“Choosing
asecurepassword”onpage 13.)

andtheUserboxinthepatientinformation
form.

SelecttheAdministration Access
checkboxto allowaccesstoalladministration
privileges.

To modify user information
1 LoginasAdministrator.
2 UnderUser List,clicktheuser.
3 UnderUser Information,makechangesas
desired.
4 ClickSave.
Anychangetotheusernamereplacesthe
previousname.
To delete a user
1 LoginasAdministrator.
2 UnderUser List,clicktheuser.
3 ClickDelete.
4 Click Yes.
To change a user password
1 LoginasAdministrator.
2 UnderUser List,clicktheuser.
3 TypethenewpasswordinthePasswordbox
andConfirmbox.
4 ClickSave.
Exporting or importing user accounts

2 LoginasAdministrator.
3 PressExport.AlistofUSBdevicesappears.
4 ClicktheUSBstoragedevice,andclick
Export.
