Ifyouchangethecalculationauthorduringthe
exam,thecommonmeasurementsareretained.

Make sure that you have selected
the OB exam type and the OB
calculations author for the OB table
you intend to use. See
“System-defined OB calculations
and table authors” on page 49.
To avoid incorrect obstetrics
calculations, verify with a local
clock and calendar that the system’s
date and time settings are correct
before each use of the system. The
system does not automatically
adjust for daylight savings time
changes.
To avoid misdiagnosis or harming
the patient outcome, start a new
patient information form before
starting a new patient exam and
performing calculations. Starting a
new patient information form
clears the previous patient’s data.
The previous patient’s data will be
combined with the current patient
if the form is not first cleared. See
“To create a new patient
information form” on page 27.
