Troubleshooting
Ifyouencounterdifficultywiththesystem,use
thefollowinglisttohelptroubleshootthe
problem.Iftheproblempersists,contactSonoSite

System does not turn on Checkallpower
connections.
RemovetheDC inputconnectorandbattery,wait
10seconds,andthenreinstallthem.
Ensurethatthebattery
ischarged.

Software licensing
SonoSitesoftwareiscontrolledbyalicensekey.
Afteryouinstallnewsoftware,thesystem
promptsyouforalicensekey.Youmustobtain
onekeyforeachsystemortransducerthatuses
thesoftware.
Thesoftwarewilloperateforashorttime(the
“graceperiod”)withoutalicensekey.During
the
graceperiod,allsystemfunctionsareavailable.
Afterthegraceperiod,thesystemisnotusable
untilyouenteravalidlicensekey.Graceperiod
timeisnotusedwhilethesystemisofforasleep.
Graceperiodtimeremainingappearsonthe
licenseupdatescreen.
Caution:
After the grace period expires, all
system functions except licensing
are unavailable until a valid license
key is entered.
