Recording still images on
“Memory Stick”
– Memory Photo recording
You can record still images on the “Memory
Stick” during tape recording or tape
recording standby
See page 62 for details.
* The indication of the number of
recordable still images
Depending on the image quality setting and
the complexity of the subject, the indication of
the remaining number of recordable still
images may not change even after you record
an image.
When the remaining number is greater than
9999, the >9999 indication appears on the
screen.
When the POWER switch is set to MEMORY
The following functions do not work:
– Digital zoom
– Super NightShot
– Colour Slow Shutter
– Wide mode
– Fader
– Picture effect
– Digital effect
– SPORTS of PROGRAM AE (The indicator
flashes.)
– Title
– SteadyShot
While you are recording a still image
You cannot turn off the power or press
PHOTO.
When you press PHOTO on the Remote
Commander
Your camcorder immediately records the
image that is on the screen when you press the
button.
When you press PHOTO lightly in step 1
The image momentarily flickers. This is not a
malfunction.
Recording data
The recording data (date/time or various
settings when recorded) do not appear during
recording. However, they are recorded
automatically onto the “Memory Stick.” To
display the recording data, press DATA CODE
during playback. You can also use the Remote
Commander for this operation (p. 56).

Selon le réglage de la qualité d’image et la
complexité du sujet, l’indication du nombre
d’images fixes enregistrables restant peut ne
pas changer même après l’enregistrement
d’une image.
Lorsque le nombre restant est supérieur à
9999, l’indication >9999 s’affiche à l’écran.
Lorsque le commutateur POWER est réglé
sur MEMORY
Les fonctions suivantes ne sont pas
disponibles :
– zoom numérique
– Super NightShot
– Colour Slow Shutter
– mode grand écran
– transitions en fondu
– effet d’image
– effet numérique
– SPORTS sous PROGRAM AE (l’indicateur
clignote).
– titre
– SteadyShot
Pendant la prise de vue d’une image fixe
Vous ne pouvez ni couper l’alimentation ni
appuyer sur PHOTO.
Lorsque vous appuyez sur la touche PHOTO
de la télécommande
Votre caméscope enregistre immédiatement
l’image affichée à l’écran lorsque vous
appuyez sur cette touche.
Lorsque vous appuyez légèrement sur
PHOTO à l’étape 1
L’image tremble momentanément. Cela n’a
rien d’anormal.
Données d’enregistrement
Les données d’enregistrement (date et heure
ou divers réglages selon ceux enregistrés) ne
sont pas affichées pendant l’enregistrement.
Cependant, elles sont automatiquement
enregistrées sur le « Memory Stick ». Pour
afficher les données d’enregistrement, appuyez
sur DATA CODE pendant la lecture. Vous
pouvez également effectuer cette opération à
partir de la télécommande (p. 56).
