M ONITOR SETUP
To rename a configuration
1 Touch the tab that corresponds to the configuration whose name you want to
change. The default names are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
2 Touch Rename, on the right side of the window.
The Rename View window shows. The current name of the configuration
shows in the Old Name field.
3 Use the onscreen keyboard to type a new name.
4 Touch Enter.
The Remote Setup button has additional settings:
• Enable or disable a clock display that shows below the Home icon.
• Set track or lock mode for the remote display. In track mode, all changes made
to local parameter attributes are also made on the remote display. In lock
mode, the remote display maintains its current state even if subsequent
changes are made to the local display.
• Enable or disable minor graticules and adjust how they show.
Touch Remote Setup button (lower-right corner of the Remote Config tab) to
access additional setup functions as shown in Remote setup settings on page 12-19.

To establish communication with the remote monitor
1 Touch Monitor Setup.
2 Touch the Remote Config tab.
3 Touch Remote Setup in the lower-right corner of the screen.
The Remote Setup window shows.
4 Touch Enable Remote Display.
The local monitor attempts to establish communication with the remote
display.
To enable or disable the clock display
1 Touch Monitor Setup.
2 Touch the Remote Config tab,
3 Touch Remote Setup on the lower-right corner of the window.
The Remote Setup window shows.
