If the Display Console does not detect a heart rate signal, a heart
will appear on the LED Matrix window and an audible beep will be
heard.
You must move closer to the Display Console (within two to three
feet) or re-adjust the heart rate chest strap to properly transmit your
heart rate.
If the Display Console does not detect a heart rate signal within 20
seconds, the running belt will stop.
Press the Stop button once to pause the workout or twice to end
the workout immediately.
Press the Cool Down button to end the workout slowly.
Press the Select button to immediately stop the current workout and
choose a different one.
