7. When the basket has drained, disconnect luer hoses from basket flush ports by first
pressing the release tab on side of the flush port, then pulling the hose out of the
port.
8. Inspect luer hoses after disconnection from flush ports. If any luer hose appears
damaged, it should be discarded. The instrument connected to the luer hose must
be reprocessed.
9. Pull instruments out of distal connectors. If any distal connector appears damaged,
it should be discarded. The instrument connected to the distal connector must be
reprocessed.
