When the number of times the tank fluids have been used reaches the number set in the
rewash program parameters, the tank drains at the end of that cycle, and the operator is
not given the option to reuse the tank fluids.
7.3 On Completion of a Rewash Cycle
At the end of a rewash cycle, if the number of washes with tank fluids is less than the
number set in the rewash counter, the tank fluids can be retained in the tank for the next
wash cycle. At the end of the rewash cycle, the operator is asked if they want to perform
another wash cycle using the same tank fluids.
If, at the end of a rewash cycle, the number of washes with tank fluids has reached the
number set in the rewash counter, the operator is not given the option to retain tank fluids
and the tank automatically drains at the end of the cycle.
At the end of each day, the tank should be emptied.
1. At end of a rewash cycle, the
WASH END
screen appears on the display.
2. To reuse the tank fluids and perform another rewash cycle, touch Yes on the
display. If the tank fluids are not to be reused, touch No. The tank will automatically
empty.
Note: At the end of each day, the tank should be emptied so that daily cleaning
and inspection can be performed at the start of the next day's use. On the
last rewash cycle of the day, touch No so that the tank will automatically
empty.
3. Open the lid slowly and partially to allow hot vapors to escape from the tank. When
hot vapors have escaped, the lid can be opened fully.
