8.2 Daily Cleaning and Inspection
The cleaning and inspection described below is a general guide for use. The equipment
owner should review and set a cleaning and inspection procedure that is appropriate for
their frequency and manner of use.
1. If the tank is full, due to the use of the rewash function, the tank should first be
emptied by aborting the wash cycle, or choosing to end the rewash. See
On
Completion of a Rewash Cycle
on page63 and
Pausing or Aborting a Wash Cycle
on page58.
2. Make sure that there is sufficient chemical in the chemical bottle for the day's
planned wash cycles.
3. Open the lid. Inspect the lid seal. Make sure that the lid seal is in good condition.
4. Remove the basket from the tank and inspect it. Make sure that the basket flush
ports are undamaged and free of blockages or debris. Inspect under the basket
and make sure that the basket manifolds are undamaged and free of blockages or
debris.
