: Fit the gear (1) on the shaft in the
gear housing.
: Fit the collar bushing (2) on the
shaft in the gear housing.
– Mount the loop handle, b 6.2.5.
– Install the drive gear, b 5.1.5.
5.3 Replacing the connecting
rods
5.3.1 Replacing upper
connecting rod
– Expose the drive gear, b 5.1.1.
– Remove the spur gear assembly,
b 5.1.2.
: Remove the connecting rod (1)
from the cam (2) and fit new one.
Important:
Check correct installed position
of connecting rod.
– Assemble the drive gear,
b 5.1.4.
– Install the drive gear, b 5.1.5.

5.3.2 Replacing the lower
connecting rod
– Expose the drive gear, b 5.1.1.
: Pull off the bearing (1).
: Remove the connecting rod (2)
from the cam (3) and fit new one.
Important:
Check correct installed position
of connecting rod.
– Install the drive gear, b 5.1.5.
