6.3 Servicing the Loop
Handle and Hand Guard
6.3.1 Disassembling the loop
handle and hand guard
– Remove the cutting attachment,
b 4.1.1.
– Remove the loop handle,
b 6.1.2.
: Pull off the hand guard (1) in the
direction of the arrow.
: Use flat nose pliers to pull out the
two pins (1) in the direction of the
arrows.

: Separate the two halves (1) and
(2) of the loop handle. The spring
(3) can be removed.
6.3.2 Assembling the loop
handle and hand guard
: Fit the spring (1).
: Assemble the two halves (2) and
(3) of the loop handle.

: Fit the pins (1) and check correct
installed position (press home
the pins (1) as far as stop).
: Fit the hand guard (1) in the
direction of the arrow.
– Mount the loop handle, b 6.2.5.
– Mount the cutting attachment,
b 4.1.2.
