Material that cannot be used should be diluted with water (5 parts water to 1 part used
solution, 5:1) in an appropriate container and disposed of at an approved facility in
accordance with any applicable regulations under the Resource Conservation and
Recovery Act. Note: State and local regulations may be more stringent than federal.
