How to fix Stratasys 3D Printers when canister will not load?

If the Stratasys 3D Printers canister won't load, first ensure that the anti-rotation plug and the rubber thumbwheel insert have been removed. If the canister is empty, replace it. If the filament is stuck, remove the canister and pull out about eight feet (two meters) of material to ensure it pulls out freely. Make sure the canister drive block is fully lowered and the correct tip size is selected on the display. If the status reads None or is blank, replace the canister. Finally, inspect the pogo pins for damage and replace if necessary.
