5-Check Before Start
5.1-Mechanical Installaon Check
◇ Check anchor bolts, nuts, ngs and etc have been installed properly.
◇ Check if all moving parts move freely.
◇ Make sure inside of the columns is clean and no other objects.
◇ Supply grease between slide blocks and columns, cables and pulleys.
◇ Check if the arm lock is locked while raising processing, and adjust lock if necessary.
◇ Note: Loose the screw to adjust when necessary (FIG 23).
5.2-Electrical Hook Up Check
Make sure all wiring are same as below circuit diagram (FIG 24).
